I know I haven't been on here nearly as much as I should have but it's taken some getting used to blogging. sorry I wasn't there Sunday, I injured my foot couple weeks ago and it was still hurting so I went into the doctor. we took x rays to make sure it was not a fracture. thank goodness it wasn't! but I did end up with a pretty nasty sprain and a torn ligament :( I wont stop testing but I will have some more challenges to face but I plan to do my best and not give up! will see you al Wednesday.
McKenzie,
ReplyDeleteLast year my challenge was I had to travel on business the last two weeks before the testing.
I remember worrying about not being with my teammates during this phase of the test but unfortunately it was unavoidable for my work.
KJN was kind enough to email me what we were covering every week while I was traveling so I was able to rep through kick boxing patterns etc while in the hotels. While I was in Nashville I went out for a two mile run and got lost so it turned into about 3 (oh well).
While in Middlebury Indiana the folks at the hotel let me practice kicks and forms in the hallways.
When i got back from Nashville i got home on Friday night around 11 pm and we did physical conditioning test the day after. I was pooped out but still made it.
Just keep on trucking and you will get there.
