Today we had conditioning. First we did a walk around the aim high building. Then we ran to sunset. After that we did a cool down by walking in a circle. Then we did bear crawls 5 times down and ran back. After we had a drink then we lined up in a circle and did a dash kind of thing. After one lap of that we did a caterpillar run. Then we went to the benches and did triceps dips and push ups. Then we huddled and ran back to sunset.

KJN sends out a post of what we did. The more important thing which is missing here, is how did you feel about the training? Was it easy? Hard? Any thoughts on what we talked about with the team at the end before heading back?
ReplyDeleteThank you for the response. When we started the walk I felt nice and calm but when we started running I was starting out good but after a while I started lacking. The the cool down felt good though. During the bear crawls I was really trying to push myself but I will admit it was challenging. I feel I did really good at the dash because I caught up with everyone and was going as faster than I thought I could. I almost caught up to the person in front of me. I had done catapillar runs before so I knew how it went but it was a little hard to keep up when your all the way in the back and had to catch up to the people all the way in the front while they're running too. During the end while we did the push ups I thought I have improved since the beginning of the test. I feel the same way with the triceps dips. While running back I reflected on the conversations we had and realized I need to run more. Overall I thought the training was challenging and I need that extra push from my team to keep me going.
