It has been hard to pack everything in on certain days for training, but I have found that it has made me think about the energy I put forth. The goal when you try and pack in 3 classes on a Monday...lunch cross fit/fit blast class provides conditioning and strength. The evening classes on BJJ and Fusion provide the necessary skill refinement to learn and practice.
It has really made me think about how much wasted energy I have done in the past and focus on technique and efficiency in movement.
