Hey you guys i'm going to tell you something that im going to try. I'm going to try to cut down down on the meet and eat more veggies. sometimes my mom makes tofu and i love it for some reason. I know meat gives you a lot of energy thats why I've asked my mom if she could make me a protien shake every morning. they taste so good. Okay you guys thats about it so i will keep you posted on my goal.
