Focus on the weekends!

Remember to work on some training on the weekends like on Friday night, Saturday night and get a rest day in on Sunday so we can have some full energy for class on Monday! Lets make this happen and focus on our own meaning on what it means to train like a black belt. High energy, focus and communicating together. if we have questions ask the teachers and team members. Lets have some fun working toward our black belt goal. Stay positive and study our knowledge base, do forms and work on our sticks. t-berg out!
