I was going to write about something specific on the blog site today, but when I logged on I was a little disappointed in the blogs of the first degree candidates. The purpose of writing the journal is to work out when we have hard days and frustrations, but not to complain. We need to be mindful of the things that we post for others to see because it could be the very thing that brings someone else down. We are all going through struggles and frustrations but remember there is always a method to the madness. There is a specific reason for everything that we are expected to do throughout the testing process. We need to continue to train, push ourselves and press on in spite of a bad day. Try not to complain or tell us what you don't like about the test because a bad attitude can be the thing that keeps you from earning your belt. I know because I have seen it happen.

P.S.

If we didn't have homework, we wouldn't learn anything. We need to break a mental sweat as well;)
